What are my responsibilities as a member of the Bryan Hall Learning Community?

Becoming a member of the community means taking at least one in-house course per semester and actively participating--through attendance and completion of written assignments--in Bryan's Fall Colloquium, which meets weekly for one hour of course credit.

It also means supporting a safe, comfortable, and intellectually stimulating living-learning environment. Attentive, respectful behavior toward presenters and adherence to "quiet hours" in the hall are important examples of responsible conduct and your commitment to your community's success. Active participation in in-house events and involvement in leadership opportunities (such as hall government or Bryan Liaisons) also reflect this commitment.

While participating in the mentor groups is optional, your responsibility as a community member includes communicating with the Director of the program so that we may best consider possible topics for mentor groups.
