Is the Bryan Hall Learning Community right for me?

If you answer "yes" to most of these questions, Bryan is probably right for you:

  1. Do you want to be actively involved in your learning (going beyond class assignments and making real world connections to the material)?
  2. Does a service learning opportunity sound enticing to you?
  3. Do you like to have conversations with your peers about ideas, issues, and topics from your classes?
  4. Do you want to have conversations with scholars, experts, and actively involved members of the campus community about their projects and experiences?
  5. Do you have ideas about interesting events we could coordinate, learning opportunities we could provide, or programs/activities that Hall Government, your Residence Assistant, or your Residence Coordinator might host?
  6. Do you want to help coordinate or facilitate in-house events and activities to make this a thriving, actively-engaged learning community?
  7. Do you want to go beyond your own major or course requirements to experience a variety of perspectives in order to enrich your own?
  8. Do you have talents to share and a sense of intellectual curiosity and the desire to learn?
